GTX 480 ульмативная видеокарта с заведомо выигрышной пропускной способностью по шине и сравнивать с 5870 не совсем корректно. В GTA5 у 5870 явно проблемы драйвера при работе с памятью - надо было переделывать тест с другим драйвером. В любом случае спасибо за труд.

There are no Shadow Warrior in comparation, it would be interesting to see it. From previous videos it was clear that Shadow Warrior is quite favor to Terascale architecture.

I can add the average fps here: 1920x1080, 16xAF -> HD 5870 / GTX 480 = 75 / 91 fps 2560x1440, 16xAF -> HD 5870 / GTX 480 = 54 / 59 fps At lower resolution Radeon is not thet great, but 2560x1440 looks better.

lol absolutely not. The tested games came out LONG after Terascale lost driver support and Terascale was notorious for needing drivers for games to run properly. The Terascale architecture was drastically more efficient and could scale far better than Fermi. GTX 480 managed to retake the performance crown 7 months later (took a full year to have any real availability) and at drastically higher power draw with a die the size of Jupiter. To give you an idea the HD 5870 die was 334 mm² while the GTX 580 was 529 mm².

That is the point of this test - show how newer games run on these GPUs. And the result is there is no finewine for Terascale. Fermi was more future-proof, even compared to the HD 6900 series.
