The i5 9400f with the RX 560 4gb are a lot better. Be adviced that you will be buying an old platform, the new socket 1200 and i3-10100 and i5-10400F are available now. You won't be able to upgrade to the Intel 10th gen CPUs.

I watched the UHD graphics 750 video 5 minute earlier and conclusion time: Intel 8gb Vram 11.th gen I5, runs this game on stable 30-37 fps on 1280x720 AMD: 2gb Vram 3th gen R5: stable 60 fps, on 1920x1080 btw: both igpu is on 98-99% usage, like a 20 year old GPU but these are used for light, single task things like ppt, word, chrome, searching in the internet, playing videos at 1080p...but for games like this I think it's okay :D

Ребят, кто знает в чем проблема? Купил ryzen 5 3400g. Драйвера установил. По тестам смотрел он должен выдавать в среднем 50-60 кадров в GTA 5 в full hd и аналогично в CS (более 100). Но у меня в GTA 5 full hd выдаёт 20-25 кадров. Vega 11 нагружается на 100%. Кто знает что можно сделать чтобы нормально все заработало?

That's up to you, for $ 70 more you have a i3-9100F and a GTX 1650 or RX 570, which is would be much more powerful system. Some games have framedrops independent from the hardware, you will encounter these framedrops on every system. The Vega 11 video card can be considerd low end.
