1) Madam, thank you very much for explaining the minute details. 2) You have used groundnut oil which gives more flavour for such snacks. 3) I used to put half a handful of small onions well ground into paste instead of omam which gives extra flavour & helps is easy digestion but while using shallots I never used asafoetida. Now I can even use omam & asafoetida after watching your video. 4) I never used rice flour & soda & yet I used to get the fluffy bajjis as I used to do every other tips you mentioned here. Henceforth I will use rice flour as well because I think it gives the bajjis that extra crispyness. 5) Only one doubt I have. Can I use boiled rice flour or raw rice flour only. Whether the rice flour can be slightly fried before mixing the bajji batter. Should the rice flour be very fine? Since I never used rice flour I have these doubts. I have boiled rice flour at home which is not very finely gound to make puttu. Puttu turns out soft with boiled rice flour. Thank you for your videos.

Mam oru doubt .....neenga first 5 mints batter mix panneenga using whisk ....then 10 mints ooravachinga....again 5 mins hand ah vachu mix panneenga....total 20 mints aayirukku... But neenga video last la soda uppu podrathaala oil kudikkum...so soda uppu potta 10 mints kulla porichi yedukkanum nu sollirkeenga.... Yepdii?...pls clarify madam....thank u so much for this recipe....looking very nice❤
