Looks like each character has a passive & an active ultimate in this new set? if so, will there be guidance on what to change so they can be balanced vs older sets?

It came out of the characters powe budget to have a passive and an ultimate. No changes needed!

This is going to be awesome once the whole set comes out. Is there anywhere we can see or read what all the rogue sun and radiant black cards do? Also say my friend and I both have these cards is there any reason radiant black couldn't fight radiant black? Or do the decks need to be unique?
