There is a 30-minute (actual game time) cooldown, you can avoid this by staying on the map, and then it will change every 20 minutes or so like a normal vending machine (and it is in sync with them, so you can check the time until the contents change in any other vendors). if you have Mayhem unlocked (and active) it will scale to your level. However, its not a guaranted god roll, it just makes it a lot easier to farm for one

Ok I must get that rocket launcher and that shield. Question if anyone can help I’m only 51 I just returned to game yesterday after 3-4 I beat the main campaign before I stop playing. So is everything that sold in the black market at maxed lvl 72? Or a drop whatever lvl the player is, and should I wait until I’m max lvl 72 before buying anything at the black market. One more question does anyone know the quickest way to lvl up or to boost me up lvl 72? Help would be appreciated thank.

Hey there! Great to see you back in the Borderlands! 🎮 or your questions: 1) Black Market Items: The items in Maurice’s Black Market won't automatically scale to your current level in normal mode, so it’s best to wait until you have unlocked Mayhem mode (or have a friend with Mayhem Mode already). Once you’re in Mayhem mode, the weapons will scale with the difficulty and to your level, giving you better loot as you progress. 2) Yes, it’s ideal to wait until you’re max level (72 at present) before focusing on farming for those perfect god rolls, but you could always use it before then to get decent on level gear. However, keep an eye out for any updates or new content, as you never know Gearbox may surprise us with new missions, gear, and even level cap increases, similar to what they did with BL2. 3) Quickest Way to Level Up: To level up quickly, focus on completing the main story missions, then activate Mayhem mode and crank it up to 11 (no Mayhem modifiers), then grab a Crit from Moxi, use her Slots, all the vending Machines around, easily accessible Red Chests, or simply use the Diamond Key/Loot and Chest Exploits kzbin.info/www/bejne/ipmqpZSAn52liJI to get some decent gear, and then dive into side missions and challenges. As well as farming bosses like Graveward in Mayhem mode can also give you a significant XP boost. Also Don't underestimate the power of the 'Borderlands Science' machine as once you're ready to farm XP you can easily get some XP boosters from there too! NOTE: with the new update we can now create a Max Level Characters from the main menu once we have beaten the game and have at least one max level character! So, you only really need to do it ONCE now! P.S. there are also modded items that can speed up reaching Max Level too.......just giving all options.......it's up to you if you use that kind of thing.......I aint gonna judge either way!

Yes the Shlooter is exclusive to the Director's Cut DLC and is obtained by redeeming Vault Keys in the Welcome to Pandora Vault Card. Hope this helps.

To get the Shlooter artifact in Borderlands 3, you’ll need to access the Vault Cards, which are part of the Director’s Cut DLC! 1) Ensure you have the Director’s Cut DLC installed. This is crucial as the Vault Cards are exclusive to this DLC. 2) Activate the Vault Card: Go to the main menu and look for the Vault Card tab. If you don’t see it, make sure your game is fully updated and that the DLC is properly Installed 3) Earn Vault Card Keys: Earn XP & complete daily and weekly challenges to earn Vault Card Keys. 4) Redeem Keys: Use these keys to unlock items from the Vault Cards. I'm pretty sure the Shlooter artifact can be obtained from the “Welcome to Pandora” Vault Card for around 5 keys If you’re still having trouble seeing the Vault Card tab, try restarting the game and/or your system!

I know with dlc weapons you needed the relevant dlc to use the weapon as I had a blood starved beast before I got the dlc so I couldn't use it. Don't know if it would be the same with artifacts from a dlc. I only have one Shlooter but someone else might be able to help you out with getting one. Do you have any mods running, as some mess with the Black Market location. If not is your game up to date, and/or when did you last use the Black Market as it has a 30-minute (actual game time) cooldown, and it sometimes seems to register that between weeks/locations too

If it's not mods, then I would recommend trying another character that hasn't used it, that's what I did. Otherwise, it will just be the in game time, so 30 minutes of gameplay somewhere else then come back to that map and it should be there!
