fun fact: the fridge is actually optional! once you enter the fridge you can just leave and enter the highands through the dust. You do need to runs through the first part of the highlands outwash in reverse to trigger the sequence of sanctuary phasing back in but hey you dont need to deal with rats

you probably know this, but the reason wilhelm is so easy was part of a deleted conversation Jack has while you're banished. He poisoned wilhelm, to lure you and Sanctuary into a false sense of security. Why? Well, if he only defended the power core with a few loaders, Roland would know its a trap. But if he sent the entire hyperion army, he'd lose a massive chunk of his force to the train crash. But he cant just send Wilhelm, because wilhelm was able to run off ALL FOUR of the BL1 VHs at the same time, so hed obviously wipe the floor with our new hunters. So a poisoned wilhelm, lacking his Combat Suit, is defeated. Its weird it was deleted because it really adds a LOT to Jack's character regarding how ruthless and 10 steps ahead he always was.

Legendary psycho gives you i think either 150% or 200% blood mags at 100 stacks. If you wanted a bigger mag, there's also relics that would help with the mag size, specifically a brand loyalty or rifle relic. No clue if there's a shield that might help.

Day 1 of recommending can you beat borderlands 2 LASO? Uvhm op 10 is already like mythic, tilt, and thunderstorm. For iron you would have to save quite and load back in the level every time you die For fog you just cut the mini map Blind disables the hud (optional but the mini map only run was worse) Cowbell, black eye, and grunt birthday party would require some more complex modding so optional, cowbell would turn up explosive knock back Black eye, set all shield recharge delay timers to some absurdly high value like 99999 second delay, but have melee reset the timer to 0, I’m sure you could make a modded relic for this. Grunt birthday add a live grenade drops when a midget dies, or the visual effect for the firework. Catch, IWHBYD, famine, and tough luck can’t really be done. You could use any character and weapons but for challenge sake I’d say you can’t start with legendary weapons or shields, you have to farm them. You can use classmods legendary.

Hey so i was playing borderlands the pre sequel and i found a pretty interesting shotgun (blue rarity but unique) it's called the party line (was another part of it but eh i forgot) basically it's a tedior shotgun that shoots fireworks yes you heard right fireworks seems like a troll weapon to be honest but COULD make for an interesting challenge run

Rewatching the vid after a while and getting an idea for a rework of this gun. Probably impossible to implement due to the game being held up on duct tape and a lot of wishful thinking, but still a fun concept I think So it's called The Evil *Smasher*, right? Well why don't we lean into this name and turn this gun into a melee weapon? Give it +80% melee damage on swings. Now I also actually like the conditional buffs in games that reward you for using gimmicks, so let's say that reloading the gun after getting a melee kill will activate a toned down version of the original effect + add a small grenade nova in front of the player, dealing extra damage on swing. And in case you can't get to an enemy in melee, you'd still have most buffs of a smasher mag. Just to make it at least somewhat balanced, take away a % of ammo from the mag for every swing Now for the *Evil* part of the smashing. Give it even more melee damage against badasses and bosses. We don't need no boring stuff. Give it a whole 250%, turn it down in testing if it's too much. On top of that, bump up the on reload buff to the full power of the smasher mag, with bigger and deadlier melee novas to boot. This way the player is rewarded for either chaining the buffs from enemy to enemy until they get to the big target, or can quickly clean up after dispatching of the big bad. Now granted it doesn't change the horribly designed challenge that is UVHM and OP levels in the first place, but I figured it'd fit right into one of those overhaul mods
