This song reminds me of a dark time in my life I was being called worthless by doctors after a while I started believing it just got open heart surgery found out about a heart condition the year before my sister walked in I was in the room alone with a doctor told me I was worthless and a loss cause I didn't even notice she walked in she walked infront of him and ripped into him he left the hospital that day didn't come back till 2 days later she was mad that I didn't tell her she hated when I kept secrets from her I was already dealing with alot she didn't want me to keep that stuff from her 2 months after me and her hardly saw eachother I was stuck in the hospital she knew I was upset alot at she was taking a trip to my aunts she packed me a bag asked my parents if I could go with her she wanted to show me a good time after the year I had I needed it her and my cousin were fighting that she took me with her I slept right beside her that night she wrapped her arms around me never let go of me cried that night with her beside me she hated her for making a big deal over it she guarded me from them I haven't seen my cousin since

I had a lot of problems growing up didn't have any friends to talk to or hang out with my sister was always worried that I would lose it one day my cousins came over for a sleepover my parents were gone and I just had surgery weeks before we were wrestling and I got pushed down hit my head on the couch knocked out woke up in the hospital my sister had tears in her eyes looking at the doctor my brother and cousins went to my grandparents I stayed there my parents and sister were mad at me I got home she took me to her room and pinned me to the bed she wrapped her arms around me tightly never letting me go she didn't say anything to me that night woke up the next morning hugged her when she freaked out I left her room to play video games after everything I put her through she wanted me by her side holding my hand she was my bestfriend when she left it was the worst week of my life her and my brother were fighting I wanted him to stop told him to stop he didn't only drove her away twice as fast I barely left my room that week my mom always checked in on me cried every night wanted her to come back it took me 2 weeks to talk to my brother he never checked on me or looked at me took 1 year of fighting to get me to my breaking point almost committed suicide and took a walk the next day to only feel down and almost lost my leg my brother walked in and I lost it on him sobbing he dosen't know how much emotional pain that fight caused me

Years later and this song still gives me the same warm feeling. It reminds me of memories i forgot about, and about how good life can be. I don't really know how to explain what i feel but the best that i can say is that it's nice. A warm but sad feeling. But now the type of sadness where you wish you were never here. This song reminds me of my sisters... We were so close. We did everything together.... though I knew about the favoritism towards me. I knew in a way they were slightly jealous of that but they knew it wasn’t my fault. I remember the times where people at my church were afraid of my one adopted sister for how messed up she was because of her past, they believed she was ruined and tried sending her off to a Christian residential place. Though my mom and stepdad adopted her... and there eyes they were “good christians” until almost 4 months ago at 5 am they came into my room after my mom found out they were sneaking out and doing drugs....they told me they were leaving and at 6 am they left and I haven’t seen my one sister since. They parted ways and I see one every so often well the other one I haven’t seen since that day. But she still text me on weekends... she calls me once in awhile. Now they left me in a place they hate, a place of judgement and little freedom. But atleast there free...

I mean not great but I’m managing. I no longer go to that church at the very least. My mom has fallen into Q-anon conspiracies and genuinely thinks the end times are coming. Both of my sisters had a kid. The one sister moved back in with her husband and the other one is currently living in a hotel with her baby and she has no car and working 2 jobs. But thankfully she’s no longer with her abusive baby daddy

@@xninjakinzbackup7794 I got a similar story where my cousin came to live with us supposed to be getting clean from drugs he was sneaking out getting picked up by his friend and he was lying saying he was going to the gas station my sister told me not to hang out with him something I did since day 1 with him 1 day he wasn't there and me and her had a fight over me not listening to her next night my dad kicked him out after a drug test he got caught drinking before the first night we let him have freedom my sister and I were in the dining room cleaning up when he got kicked out my dad screamed at him told him to get out without knowing we were in the other room we took the first chance we got and got out of dodge running behind our dad who was walking tourds him my sister grabbed my arm and dragged me to her room from the night before we wasn't talking to eachother I couldn't help it but hug her when I saw the face she gave me next week I heard he got in prison for drugs days after I got a call from his prison without me being able to pick it up
