Radical love... ahhh music to my ears! So much shame in the world, also around spirituality and diet/healthy lifestyle. Thank you so much for adressing this precise matter with this beautiful discernment.

I appreciate her sharing that vulnerability with technology. I remember earlier talks she mentions society being addicted to emails, using it as a catch all for internet addictions it's so sweet and endearing

Thankyou Tara for sharing your vulnerability around technology. I have recently started an art design course which requires all assessments to be done online. And trying to set up email on my new laptop which caused problems with my email on phone. When I didn’t know what my student email address was was when the teacher asked I became so vulnerable and so much sadness came up. I had to leave the class. The teacher helped me to find my email address. I realised I needed to bring love and nurture to the fear. I was looking for videos on opening and healing the heart. And then I found your beautiful real video. Divine Timing 🌞 Thankyou for your wonderful work and love 🙏

It is said That the bodhisattva Avalokitesvara paused in his effort to free all beings from suffering and shedding a tear of desperation at how little he had managed as the tear fell it turned into the mother of all the Buddha Tara The One Who is Swift and direct to act ,! I feel these teachings go to the core of our suffering and give us the courage to look kindly and deeply so as to liberate us from our false beliefs . Homage to all forms the mothers manifestations Much gratitude 🙏🏽

1:04 Yes! A sincere 'Namaste' in greeting -- the Divine in me greets the Divine in you! -- is beautiful. And, in parting, I like to think of the old meaning of 'Goodbye' which is a contraction from 'God be (with) ye (you)'.

Thank you so much again, and yes I'm suffering too and I will keep trying to breakthrough with myself. This has to be the greatest challenge especially in the face of others around me, this is so hard. I fear that my kindness will be taken advantage of, and I will be sent away to feel bad about it and lonely. I'll continue to work at nurturing and pampering myself to love, kindness and compassion. This pandemic has certainly caused much confusion and heartache on how to be with it. Btw, after working at this my entire life, I ended 250 year family history of prejudice and racism. My lifetime of discussions with these people didn't help them to change, but I have learned a lot and I grew. I was never liked and not appreciated there. As a famous comedian Rodney Dangerfield used to say, "no respect!" Lol! I'm coming to terms with this and recovering myself and slowly feeling better. Thanks so much for being there over the years!

For a reason I have never discovered, I have never been one to feel shame, nor think very musch about what others or thinking of me. NOT because I don't care...I apologize immediately if I have hurt someone I care for, but other peoples thoughts aren't on my mind...from a young age, and I can't think of one thing I feel shame over.....I feel grateful for this as its apparent so many people are so hard on themselves for no good reason.

I do not remember much from my childhood. One memory was when my grandmother forcibly pulled my mother out of the kitchen where we were eating. Then suddenly I let in sound and sight and I could hear the quarreling voices of my parents and see my mother fighting with my grandmother. It only lasted a few minutes and then I turned it off again and everything turned gray again. If it's shame or defense? 50 years later, my mother told me what the quarrel was about. Only because I finally asked about it when my social phobia forced me to try to solve the problem again, but in another way.

This is awesome. I feel very much that you are healing the unknown hurts of your forebears & ancestors, & that these souls keenly appreciate & cheer on what you're able to do now, which they could not in their past constricted & difficult contexts. Don't discount the cosmic, eternal good you are doing, just because it is not seen on the surface. We humans do not see much at all here.

I do sometimes say out loud “ I do love you Samantha Brown” lol 😂 and then realise oops someone may have heard that ? Then have to remember that there’s no need to worry if someone else is judging me or myself judging me and just end up laughing at myself with love lol 😂

Hello Tara. Can one eventually stop identifying with their head/thoughts? Sometimes my thoughts are so intrusive and so loud that I cannot hear anything else. It becomes challenging to get out of that headspace. Your meditation helped a lot--Am I supposed to practice regularly to learn how to stop identifying myself with my thoughts?

I also felt the same and was advised to count to 7 when I caught the mind because we can't count and think of something else at the same time. It's already amazing that you have awareness of the thoughts coming in 💖💖💖💖

Dear Tara, Namaste. You mentioned discussion groups and I was wondering how those work. Can people have private conversations or is everything shared open to the the whole group. I ask bc in my experience, it can be hard to regulate the conversational flow such that group members can share without cutting someone else off. Is it through Zoom? Much okayness. 🔆
