Just to clarify a minor point about the ending, I do object to Colossus defining atheism as "a belief in nothing", as we do believe in many things, but I feel that his intent is clear from the context of his words, and I didn't feel a need to mention it in the video. What he's describing is a very specific brand of state mandated atheism that was part of communism in Russia, and the fear was that nothing other than the state should have more importance to people than that, lest their loyalty be swayed. I'm not well versed on the issue, but that's my understanding of it.

No plans to. In fact, the new Green Arrow ep should be up tomorrow or the day after. I was thinking about X Men earlier though and how different the strategy was from DC's top of the line. Dc gave Superman 4 books, then 5, Batman 3 or 4 plus extras for side characters, and then over in X land it's 15 different characters in every single different team book. Not saying one is better or worse, but they are very different styles.

what a coincidence, i found hunt for red dragon and old tricks and really liked the artwork and classic gritty story from flipping through it. I’m definitely going to check that new post out asap

Thanks! I really put my heart into the performances, these characters and stories mean a lot to me. I'm glad people are enjoying them now, even so long after they were made.

Thanks! I was rewatching the 90's cartoon to try and get the voices down. It really holds up. I was also worried I left in too many speeches, but that was the style of the books at the time. I was afraid to try cutting them down, I usually edit out entire pages not specific lines in paragraphs. I think it came out good though.

@@fusionspace175 I could sense that, especially with Wolverine, Magneto and Jean! Nothing wrong with wordy 90's comics either 😂

This was so Kool Fam. 🔥🔥👏 Do you have the next story after? I hope all is well. ☝️

Thanks! But no, this was one X Men story I bought as a trade paperback, I wasn't buying the books regularly. It was a big famous event is why I read it, and when I tried to read further, borrowing a friend's X Men comics, I tried to read X-Cutioner's Song and I hated it, then I tried Phalanx Covenant and hated that, and so I gave up on 90's X Men and just stuck to buying Wolverine's book and I got more into the DC side around that time, which if memory serves Zero Hour was going on then. The next X Men story I got into was The Magneto War around 1998 or 1999, and I am planning to adapt that eventually. I really only liked the X Men when Magneto was around, probably because of the cartoon I always consider him an essential element of the franchise, and he can be on the team or he can be an enemy, and it helps if Xavier is there too. Over the years the other times I got into X Men were because a writer I liked took over, such as the Counter X books by Warren Ellis and when Grant Morrison made New X Men, but those were all after 2000, I think.

@@fusionspace175 That's kool. I always had like the cards of Fatal Attraction, but was never able to read it😑. I enjoyed it🔥👏. I'm just trying to see all of the Wolverine's that led up to him getting his Adamantium back. As far as DC Comics... Superman all day! 🔥☝️ I hope all is well.☝️

You do xmen onslaught or better yet dc vs marvel stories
@fusionspace1752 ай бұрын
I hadn't planned on Onslaught as I never read it, I was going to do Magneto's return from 1999 or so when I came back to X-Men as that's the followup when I got back into the comics. I did adapt the event DC vs Marvel and many of the Amalgam comics years back, and all of my DC vs Marvel crossovers like Batman & Punisher or Silver Surfer/Green Lantern are in the Marvel episodes playlist.

Do knightfall batman or contagion stories
@fusionspace1758 ай бұрын
Um, I did. I actually adapted all of Knightfall and KnightQuest, KnightsEnd and even Prodigal (Dick Grayson as Batman), and Contagion I did way back during the pandemic, when I first started, Check out the Batman playlist. My final Batman masterwork was No Man's Land, and I don't plan to go much beyond that. Batman Episodes in Chronological Order - kzbin.info/aero/PLMoD7_jGJdB04rosnGncgnwSnq7Be7r-j
