Hahah I laughed so hard at this even though it’s not funny! I’ve heard tons and tons of reports like the first example where they tell you everything but how to fix the kitchen sink. I am a pilot also. I’ve had people do patient reports the same as Unicom traffic. In the military we would say CAT Alpha = OR (patient requires immediate surgery) or CAT Bravo = trauma room. It was actually a really good system. I never like nurses trying to choreograph what they think is going to happen when the patient rolls in. It’s better to let the training work
