Radio stuck on Mercedes Logo (Solved)

My Mercedes b200 w245 have the radio stuck on mercedes Logo, any tips?
Problem Solved
It was the faulty Bluetooth module, and as it connects everything via fiber optics, it interrupted the signal and the system would not boot.
Solution: Buy a used module on ebay and I paid about 30 euros, or with a piece of rubber tube the size of the fiber optic cable and make the union inside the tube, a repair for cents, just touch one side of the fiber optic to the other

@@mrchadtheking1 Nope, ended up getting rid of the whole car due to engine issues. Not to be confused tho, it ran beautifully all the way up to 280,000KM. Then the expenses just became too much, still miss that car today. Everything else was pristine in the car except this stuck radio issue.

What fixed this vehicle? I have an ML63 with the same issue. Can turn radio on and off but that's it.

Probably the navigation module just take it out the navigation DVD drive. Worked for me
