Sir, In a perfect vaccum the speed of radio wave is equal to the speed of light i.e 3×10^8 m/sec or 3 billion m/sec.

3:52 When radio wave travels from rarer to denser medium, it bends towards the normal, so, it should bend towards left. But, as per your diagram, it is bent towards right. Can you clarify?

Radio wave is electromagnetic wave. So all electromagnetic wave travels at speed of light which is 3x10^8 m/s.

6:34 Sir, I think, surface and sky waves suffers from fading. Please check and verify once, and let me know.
@captainclasses97614 жыл бұрын
very less chances of fading in surface wave but yes fading will also be there in skywave.
@rahulmagar7924 жыл бұрын
Space waves do not form a part of ground waves. Direct (Line of sight) waves are also known as Space waves. They suffer fading because they use higher frequencies like VHF/UHF. Sky waves generally use HF(High Frequency). I am from Engineering field and this is what we are taught. Ref : Aircraft Communication and Navigation Systems by Mike Tooley and David Wyatt

@@rahulmagar792 see if u see properly every wave do surface wave propagation but if we talk about frequencies above MF what happens due to high frequencies they suffer with more attenuation and get vanished soon after transmitting hence they are not considered to be travelling through ground wave propagation at all..
@rahulmagar7924 жыл бұрын
CORRECTION. Fading is confined only to Sky waves i.e. HF(not VHF/UHF or any other frequency). Else all correct.

Greetings sir, Sir can you post video on how to report on FIR BOUNDRY xsing? And and way point or VOR xsing? When there is change in route
