@@teylahh5625 they mute crowds from live performances like this cuz it’s essentially background noise so it’s easier to separate out and dim down which is done to make the actual singer stand out and make the song useable in videos like this compared to a phone recording from a festival where you barely hear the artist

They're not even "muted", the crowd just doesn't have a microphone. All we're hearing here is directly from what's connected to the soundboard (Hayley's mic and the instruments). And Hayley's mic is not the type of mic that picks up everything around, only what's sung directly at it.
