Hi from Netherlands. I like your video and I always try to learn from them. I have a small question. These settings are for castle. I have two hobbywing esc. Max5 and max6. I think that I cant get into the settings like castle cause I dont believe that they are programable. So only the typical setting or there is something more? Thanks and continue the good job.

Mid to upper end Radios have many settings to choose from (menu) . Brake , throttle etc. Do I really need to change settings in the ESC? This video is right on time. I bought the castle link and downloaded the software to my laotop. I'm running Castle Monster X 8s , Tp 4070 savox 7.4v servo. Gear 27/34. Limitless my first build, so Im new to the speed run game.I think I understand what your saying but my Futaba pls has alot of settings.So I need to learn esc and Rx ? My hands are full learning Rx lol Thank you sooo much for all your help on this build so far...😁

Changing ESC settings is not a must do. It's just another opportunity to tune the ESC to your liking. I would certainly recommend it as there are a lot of good features in there that can be fine tuned. I don't think there's all that much to the ESC settings for the ESC that you have. It's actually quite similar to what has been covered in this video. Either way, your ESC is going to function for you with default settings.
