Radioddity CB-500 CB Radio "On -Air" Tests (13/09/2024)

Welcome to the M0OGY Radio and Antenna Review channel.
In this video we take a look at the Radioddity CB-500 AM/FM Citizens' Band Radio transceiver.
In tests between Dave (26AT025) and Caine (26AT106) we show operation in both Amplitude Modulation (AM) and Frequency Modulation (FM).
Caine is also using A Radioddity product known as the CS-47 "One Hander".
This wasn't planned at all, but cool using products from the same Manufacturer.

Thanks John, it is a UK built Vortex Quasar Q82 (MK II) , Steve still builds them to order, not cheap but about 3 times stronger than any thing else . It's about seven years old now. It's mounted on an MM0CUG two section tilt over mast.🙂
