Thom Yorke's original vocals from Radiohead's "Creep" recorded in 1992. Let me know if you're interested in any other isolated vocals or instrumentals.

I love all the imperfections in Thom Yorke's vocals. I know there are people who criticize Thom Yorke for being a little inaccurate on his pitch sometimes, but to me it sounds way rawer and authentic than a ton of AutoTuned covers of this tune I have heard.
@MistaDobalinaMistaBobDobalina9 ай бұрын
Vocalists are so hung up on pitch. As musicians, we bend notes all the time. Consonance is overrated. Art can't be "perfect" or "imperfect", it's subjective, not a test to be graded on technical execution. It like saying Picasso's paintings had imperfections where he didn't draw straight lines.

It has been nearly 3 months since my gf dump me. Just wanted to share about it. It hurts the most when the person who left you behind is happy with their own life and you’re left alone to pick yourself up without her. She was there for me when I go through the worst state of my life. She was there for me when I had suicidal thought when I dropped out of college and my parents hated me for that and all I had was her at that time. Without her now, I dont know how I’ll go through this by myself. Now I am just waiting for her to come back and hoping for the best to happen. Nik Ariffa Sofia, saya sayang awak sampai bila bila pun. Saya tunggu awak, datangla bila bila pun saya sayang awak jugak. :)

If you listen in you can still hear the backing track. You can use tools like Audacity to remove vocals, and plenty of other tools which remove the music. Here's one online which does many things. vocalremover.org/

@@ElectricalSwift Ah I haven't tried that one. I personally use iZotope RX 8 and PhonicMind, whichever works best for each track :)
@RJSOW2 жыл бұрын
@@ElectricalSwift I really don't think that this is an "isolate vocals using audacity" type of deal. Usually that ends up with some nasty and chirpy-sounding noise artifacts. The music that you can hear in the background is probably just feedback bleeding from the monitor headphones he was using while recording, RH stems are usually full with bleeding. On the official guitar stems for Reckoner (the one that they released for remixes back in the day) you can hear Thom's voice in the background from the monitors.

It's not, I love the new style. But do you think it's an active choice on his part or just his voice aging and changing?
@pimposki62323 жыл бұрын
@@nilsolofleif8886 probably both. he can't belt and scream and wail like he did in the pablo-ok computer days. hell, you can see him toning it down in the later 98/99 shows; he was thirty by then and smoked until he was in his twenties which wouldn't help, so he probably decided to ease up a bit both for his health and so it wouldn't be a poor imitation of what he was doing when he was younger. it works with most of the post-kid a tracks (not so much hail to the thief though, he sounded younger on that album and struggled a bit live even at the time), but on the older tracks he really struggles in the new style, and i doubt he could go back anymore because really, some of the bends era shows especially, he abused the fuck his throat and a 52 year old man probably can't do that like they did at 25
@nilsolofleif88863 жыл бұрын
@@pimposki6232 this is really interesting. I'm a singer myself and thom yorke has really inspired me. I noted that when he plays songs live now he seems to not care to much for singing them "perfectly" and instead he goes for having fun and delivering the emotions. Also singing live and in a studio is like two different skills one needs to learn (I've noticed, lol) I think it would be cool to see them take the old songs and rework them live for their new style and voice. It probably won't happen but I can dream haha
