This song completely obliterated any inhibitions and high minded preconceived ideas I had about songwriting. It made me realize that you can literally say whatever you feel, no matter how gut wrenching and disturbing it is and it could be beautiful and genuinely genius as long as it’s honest. We all feel like a “creep” at times to some extent but no one was ever brave enough to say this on a record before. This is a masterpiece!

Kinda odd how data can be so easily minipulated in real time and right in front of you. It's not a joke it's very real people that have one thing on there mind and it's the wrong thing. When love can triumph over greed , uglyness, hate, selfishly placed wants of what's in your own best interest or your way your religion your sex your needs well a miracle happens people don't die of starvation babies don't freeze a night no heat or die because it. I pray you find forgiveness and the spirits that are slow waking up inside you will be able to not fill with fear of the inevitable and that's self sabotaged aruination

@Reed5016

Materialism and chasing superficial things in the world have definitely caused me to fall into deep depression too many times. The whole concept of comparing oneself with those around them, and trying to one-up them in how much “success” one can gain is a destructive path that only leads to pain and self-hatred (and sometimes, from many people I’ve known, it lead to them ending their own lives). It might be hard (trust me, I know), but try to live compassionately, and try to pursue something that’s actually important to you (a hobby, for instance). It’s worth it, I promise. Take care of yourselves out there.

Can we make this Xmas No1 in the UK (or any other country for that matter) in 2024? 32 years old and still so relevant today's youth. Referencing: Anxiety, the aspirational need to be validated by others, body diamorphia and imposter syndrome amongst other mental health issues we're only just recognising today. A stunning, striking and sincere set of lyrics that were light years ahead of the time, and will be forever more.

Definitions of hard times depend on how tough the person is mentally. Me, I'm pretty damn weak myself. The people who see me in real life and know me know that I am the same person in a group of people and when I'm alone. Hard times can range from a break up to losing someone in a car crash, or to be at the very bottom, with no hope, nothing and nobody to live for. It can mean anyone, I was just leaving it open for different interpretations of what hard moments even are.

R69NiX Yeah exactly! In the 90’s very few young people were listening to music from 30 yrs ago because it sounded so different and was considered oldies grandpa music. I wonder if this song for those who like rock were introduced today if anyone would say it sounds like a song from the early 90’s. It’s like some weird time or cultural shift happened in the 90’s or early 2000’s.

I has someone special in the 90s my wife and my wife's best mate 😉 don't worry I got my what I deserved in the end, she left me for my older brother, I'm still happily married to her today, I'm happy she lives 2 miles away from me, she took me for everything the family home all the contents, but in my defence is was a good husband, before my wife got pregnant I was seeing her best, I was in love with her, but I new we were incompatible, she was bad for me, in the same summer 1991 I got her best friend pregnant and we were only 16, I was not going let her bring up a baby by herself, she's 16 and I new her family wouldn't allow me to see the baby once it's born, they weren't a nice family, so I said our only option is to run away to Gretna green Scotland and get married, we had a happy family life, our two children were about to leave school and we're sitting there exams, when the affair came out, I'll never forgive them for this, why didn't they wait till the children finished there exams first.

"Multiple Genres".The single Creep and the album Pablo Honey barely had any impact on any genre at all. Literally just a narrow debut for the british alt-rock scene during the 90's. I bet all of you still quite on the entry level of Radiohead. If you want something truly "influential", who had impact on multiple genres, take a good look at Kid A,who redefined electronic/art rock music, and music in general jeez.
