Awesome video explaining your all wheel steering setup. This radio is simply EPIC! The built-in steering mixing program is so robust. I was able to achieve all my steering mixes using the PMix on the RC6GS V3 but the RC8X took it to a whole new level 😱😍👌. I love the independent rear steering with nub. Again awesome breakdown of your setup there brother.

Hello Sir, why is my front steering not correctly calibrating with radiolink? Meaning, I have more steering going in reverse & in Gyro mode on. Unsure, what am I doing wrong.

Great video this is just what ive been planning for my car but wasnt sure whst radio i should get! Does the rear steer pot work seperately BUT at same time as 4ws normal mixing? Or is it allocated to a switch to turn it on and off? I have the spektrum rc5 pro and think i can do this with mine! It has programmeable mixing and master and slave! Liked and subbed

Yes it works completely independently but also at the same time. You do have to be a bit careful if you start steering the front and rear together without first centering the independent rear control first. Usually best not to use both steering modes at the exact same time but the ability to use either one at any point is really nice.

@@RockGoatRC-ql1my I personally don’t care for Spectrum radios. Every time I try to help someone with their radio I just want to smash it on a rock. You’d need to find someone who knows Spectrum better for help with that. This radio is compatible with all radio Radiolink brand receivers. Some of them are as low as $10 for a 6 channel receiver.

@@Ginga_Ninja_RC yeah im trying to work it out on the pro…i think its possible but not sure theres limitations on it regarding allocating the pot…will have another crack tonight i think i just have to work out how to unallocste a function from the pot first but no idea how to do that yet 🙈😂…if it doesnt work its going for sale !!!🤣…guess what i will buy!!!

@@Toodles77 yes, so do a few other companies, but you can print one for a Flysky GT-5 from thing of verse for almost nothing and it fits. You just have to recalibrate the steering wheel after you put it on.

I am wondering how does different rc models need to be programmed for each setting when having multiple rc’s and programmed receivers Is there an each model program option for when wanting to use a different rc at the time ? Not finding anything on KZbin about it If you could make a video step by step in settings that would be fantastic

This radio can store up to 200 individual vehicles with the settings for each vehicle being unique to that vehicle. The settings for each vehicle are saved separately. After you set a vehicle up you only need to select which vehicle you are connecting to.

Use ID seed in conjunction with model select if you want that receiver to stay in that particular vehicle with out any interference with other model bound to controller.

I’m sure you can but I haven’t gotten into that yet. I picked up an MoA slider but I won’t have it running till over the winter probably. I’ll probably post a video when I get it set up. Check Exocaged RC. He might have a video on how he set his up.

How can you make a channel momentary for a winch??

I have a couple trucks set up with 3 different winch control setups all at the same time with momentary in and out as well. I’ve been meaning to get a video made for that but haven’t gotten to it yet. I’ll try to get one put up.

Thanks, as of now I'm using DT3 as a 3 position with works but I'd really like to use PS2 and PS5 as momentary winch in and winch out. I couldn't find a way to do so from the manule. I'd appreciate a tutorial!
