Actually i myself being the medical student ,what i noticed is that boys are more oriented towards qualitative studies they hardly bother abt marks but girls also do qualitative studies but are oriented towards marks as well... So i think there is nothing like comparison it is human nature based on gender.i think i nailed it 😂

Sir my MRI scan result is as follows:- • There is an external opening seen at 6 O'clock position from which a 7.3cm track (track A)is seen coursing anterosuperiolaterally after which it bifurcated and bifurcates to form two track(Track B and Track C). Track B courses medially along external sphincter to join another track (Track D) which is coursing parallel to track A on the left side forming a horse-shoe shaped track. Track C is ending blindly after a distance of 3.3cm superolaterally. Track D approximately 9.5cm in length and is also ending blindly after giving a secondary ramification inferior at a distance of 2.2cm from junction of Track C and D. The blind ending branch of Track D is approximately 4.3cm in length. • Rest of the internal and external sphincters of anal canal are normal in appearance. • The prostate is normal in size, outlines and signal characteristics. • Both seminal vesicles are normal in size and signal characteristics. • The urinary bladder appears normal. What shall i do? Plz consult Ira ma’am sir.

Screening of Lumbar spine: There is straightening of lumbar lordosis. Mild disc bulges noted at L4-5 & L5-S1 levels causing indentation on ventral thecal sac and bilateral grade I neural foramen narrowing with abutment / mild indentation of respective exiting nerve roots. There is acute anterior angulation of coccyx without associated marrow edema or soft tissue inflammation- to rule out coccydynia. • Vertebrae and rest of the disc appears within normal limits.

Abhi bas Padhai karo… Radiology is far more complex and requires a lot of knowledge… I know a radiologist who charges 4000 for one MRI review and he does 100 plus reviews a day and he owns a big radiology centre where his juniors report and he only reports the complex ones and in that centre more than 300 plus cases are done in day including USG, CT and MRI…In USG he only Does Fetal anomaly scan and Fetal echocardiography and for that he charges 5000 ,for one anomaly scan he takes 5 minute for him (a beginner radiologist who has done fellowship in Fetal radiology will take 15 minutes) imagine karlo kitna kamate honge sir, jitna jyada imagine kar sakte ho usse bhi jyada kamate hain radiologists….
