please give lectures on base of skull , the importance of pterygoid plates involvement in pathology, pterygopalatine pterygomaxillary fissures. pterygoid muscles, infratemporal fossa and ct and MRI appearances- both normal anatomy and pathology

Exellent study material. Pls do major cases or pathologies from one system like Main pathologies of MR knee likewise so that we get a consolidated study of cases per section in a sitting.
