RadioMaster Bandit ExpressLRS 915MHz RF External Modules

Following extensive research and working closely with the ExpressLRS team, Radiomaster has officially launched this Bandit series. An innovative range of external 915MHz ELRS RF modules, with all the benefits of ultra long range performance that comes with 915MHz. And the range includes a couple of new, matching receivers. It's winter here in the UK, so I haven't had the chance to take these for a spin yet. This'll be my initial on-the-bench, first look review of the Bandit RF modules. And if past RadioMaster performance is anything to go by, I expect these will be fantastic.

Been using Happymodel 900mhz hardware for a while now and have been very happy with it. I do love Radiomaster, and started out with their receivers but the lack of a true diversity option in either 2.4 or 900 sent me looking elsewhere. Hopefully Radiomaster will make a true diversity Rx for 915 instead of antenna diversity. I am impressed with the 500mw telem!

Hi i want to ask you a question as i can not find the answer anywhere,iam looking at getting a bbq thermometer long range 915mhz from usa they dont sell it in uk,if i import will it work or is it a waste of money and won't work thanks

I've no idea what a BBQ Thermometer long range is. But the Bandit range is very good for long range. But I suggest you use an external battery cos it's pretty power hungry.

After updating it my device stopped working and no light on it just its fan is spinning what can i do now

I suggest double checking you're using the correct firmware version, use another cable (if you're using USB), power cycle everything and check the wifi is working correctly (interference). If that doesn't work, connect RadioMaster support - I find they're very responsive.

Your point is moot anyway. Legally, you can't fly more that 500m in the UK.

Hello TBS Crossfire in planet U.K....as 915 is illegal there.🤗

Legally In the UK we should be using 868. 915 clashes with other RF systems.
