Radiotherapy for Garrod's pads

Does radiotherapy help for Garrod's knuckle pads?
This is Dupuytren's disease of the knuckles. They don't tend to cause major issues for most people, but sometimes they can become tender (e.g. when you knock on a door) or grow so that it is difficult to make a fist.
