In case you didn't understand the video here is my opinion on it, and I say opinion because they may have meant something different by it: It's about the current state of the world, when a problem arises, everyone makes a big fuss about it, raises hell, writes about it, talks about it, riots, but no one offers an actual logical and functional solution to directly solve it. And then you find out the whole problem was intentionally caused just to draw attention to a certain topic or draw attention away from another more important topic.

I just got turned on to Radkey recently and need to give them a closer listen. But I feel like I'm picking up a vibe in a lot of their music of disappointment that society is pretty much as you point out: Vain, unimaginative, unable to grasp reality. I think a lot of people feel that way from time to time, and the world does indeed seem very much like the pizza kid sees it in the video. Just one WTF moment after another.
