Having no micro adjustments stopped me in my tracks. The Zodiac Sea Wolf was the same - no way to fine tune the strap adjustment.

Way too big face. 38mm would be perfect. Looks a little bit silly to be honest. Most modern watches look very silly and juvenile. True gentle watch from the 30s or even 50s were 36mm.

Hi Zack, there is a 37mm version of the Rado Captain Cook. I do agree though and smaller 36-38mm watches are coming back into fashion and a lot of watch makes are starting to follow that trend. Thanks for watching.

I’d argue that the case of the watch itself makes a huge degree of difference to the perception of a watch’s ‘visible size’. If a larger watch of 41mm is sufficiently curved it will fit the curvature of a smaller wrist and therefore look that much better. Tudor is a bit of a problem for me, as it’s a larger watch but with a flat case, ergo it ‘sits’ awkwardly on my smaller-sized wrist rather than ‘wrapping’ around it.
