Amazing video! I thought the anterior vertebral body of C2 also looked compressed on the lateral image (regardless of no obvious cortical break) but I take it that this is within normal limits.

Can we call triplanes fracture as salter Harris type 4 fracture??????

Yes, triplane fractures are generally considered complex Salter 4 fractures.

Sir i have one more question……after growth plate fusion can we called growth plate fracture as salter Harris??

No, once the growth plate is fused, it’s no longer considered a Salter fracture. Triplane fractures are special in that the growth plate is starting to fuse, and that’s why we only see that fracture pattern in adolescents.
