@@LovelyBalkichou Hi it was a mixture of diet changes and supplements that supported my body’s needs including supplements that help my mitochondria to make more energy , lifestyle changes and also taking out foods I found I was allergic too. I’m really sorry about the sound on my part! 🙏

@ thank you so much for answering my question! English isnt my first language so maybe the sound is ok for most people (for me i just need a lot of clarity to understand :) how is Sjogren different from ME CFS? Is the place you went to also treats ME? It sounds so similar so maybe the supplements are similar too…I havent found a good GP for my ME, i am so trying to find a professional that is educated is this area. Your practitioner seems on top of it!!
