I wish I had known Raelynn was making this video. I love this song so much! I got pregnant at 19, married 5 mos later and it didn’t work out. Our daughter was 2 1/2 (I was 22) when we finally called it quits, and it’s been just be the two of us with him seeing her every other weekend. She is the reason I live and breathe. Every late night at work, working multiple jobs at times, going to school, etc. Every moment is worth it for her. She will graduate 8th grade in a couple of months and start High School in the Fall. I cannot believe we have made it this far!!! We are all amazing Mommas, keep working toward your goals! ❤️

My mom had me at 19. She had 2 miscarriages before me because she was doing drugs. I am thankful that she chose me over anything else and stopped doing the drugs she was doing. I love my momma. She is my everything.

If you were born after 1973, you are a survivor. My mom almost terminated my life when she became pregnant with me. My dad didn’t want me, she already had children, and we didn’t have a lot of money. She went to the clinic, and long story short… she left. She chose me. Thankful.

I got pregnant at 17 and gave birth to my daughter at 18. It was hard being a young mom but I have believed since the day I found out I was pregnant that I made the right choice to keep her. She is the light of my world (along with her young sister) and I can not imagine life without them. My daughter is about to be 10 years old in a couple of weeks and I hope she realizes how much I wanted her.

Had a daughter at 19. I knew I wasn’t prepared to be a mom, so I chose to pass on my miracle to a couple that couldn’t have children and were ready for the responsibility. The last I hear my first miracle was the oldest of seven adopted children. I was able to go to college and mature. I married an amazing man and had 3 children. I never even considered abortion, not when there are so many couples out there that want to be parents.

I relate to this, from a yet-to-be-conceived perspective. My mom got an abortion, but then she was able to have me because of it. Sure, I was early in my life cycle when I was a prefertilized unborn, multiple soul pieces on a singular, special human trajectory, hidden from the eye. But the point still stands… all we can really do, is thank our mom for raising us, if that so happened to be her timeline. ❤️
