In the world of modern football it seems that not many have the patience to build with a club. I think many supporters do not understand just how bad of a state FC Barcelona was in, even infrastructure and athletic side of things, this is not an overnight fix and achieving LaLiga was still a big accomplishment. The club is finally beginning to stabilize itself a little financially, a new stadium is on its way, the LaMasia engine is working like never before with youth talent to the point we have to loan, sell or rotate. It takes time to re-establish the foundations for success. Look how many years it took Arsenal to truly be competitive again look how many years it took AC Milan to start competing for the league and promoting young talent again. It takes time. Be it Xavi stays or goes this club still needs a couple of seasons before it stabilizes itself again, and I’m supporting the club through it. On Rafa, for those who remember he is truly a fighter at heart, he truly gave it all for FCB back in his time and loved by the club. Not saying he is right for the position but his work with the Barca B team is immense.

Before going for a new coach and the solution, we have to understand our problem. And our main problem is the fitness of our players. And I am not just talking about injuries, I am talking about speed and strength. Football has evolved so much in the last 5 years! Our players have been bullied for the last 5 years, both strength wise and speed wise. Skill wise, our players are top-notch, some of the best in the world! Guys the media is absolutely toxic. I am sure that more than Xavi staying which all of us want, Deco must be sacked. Secondly, why do all of us relate Marquez with Pep, remember Pep had the best of the players back in the day and he himself has said that he was lucky to have succeeded there. I still see XAVI as the ideal coach for us. We were in the UEL under him and he realized his tactical mistakes and brought us till the QFs of the UCL, which is a very very big thing for us, why do all of us not understand this point?!
