He's absolutely right about the mandatory events throughout the year, their scheduling should accommodate the players a bit more, after all they're all the stars of the show. They always have to bring up injuries even after Rafa wins tournaments while remaining healthy, it annoys the heck out of me, i can't imagine how Rafa must feel being asked about them relentlessly on top of dealing with them, and then having to decline talking about them in such a classy way. Let's just celebrate and enjoy the privilege of watching him play at such an amazing level for many years, and he's not even done yet. Congratulations Campeón, i love you, VAMOS FOREVER!!!

Defending a title, in my opinion, doesn't mean anything. Every year is different and every year players start anew. None of the top guys care that they won the tournament last year, they only care about this year. P.S. Rafa, in a sense, did defend Wimbledon since he won in 2008, didn't play in 2009, and won in 2010. It's not defending in the conventional sense, but still, it's something

king means many aspects than just winning titles... Rafa is a tennis royal... especially... the way he stormed into the scene...at that point in time there were all these big 3 4 or 5 people playing real strong...but Rafa made the world of spectators turn to tennis - sometimes just to look at him...that was his power - none of the others came anywhere close... too bad that his physical make up and foot defect from birth took away everything from him.. but that does not diminish his position of importance his greatness is matchless...
