Crisis on earth X. Season 5 was the side villain. Season 6 took over nash wells body. Season 7 killed Godspeed. Season 8 was technically the main villain. Season 9 negative speedforce resurrection.

Each speedster produces a sound when they're running. A side effect of the Speed Force, or rather, in Thawne's case, the Negative Speed Force. Just like Zoom making a warp sound like when he runs, if you will.

Thawne actually saved the Flash. First it was in the original timeline when he was supposed to vanish during the anti-monitor crisis. He traveled back in time with him and changed the timeline. In the post-flashpoint timeline he manipulated Nora to alter the timeline again. He was in prison with Cicada's dagger, because the future Flash is dead as a result of crisis and he left Thawne trapped there so he won't rampage when he's gone. He caused the crisis events to shift and in result Barry survived. He doesn't really want Barry dead. During the reverse flashpoint he didn't erase him without a trace, he gave Barry a negative speed force and his own place.

What Thawne didn't know is that Wells survived because of Nash Wells' sacrifice to power up the Artificial Speed Force. So yes, I know what happened. You should watch again (and watch your language)
