She's so cool, conceptually at her apex she's like spiderman but a million times over. All the properties of the animal kingdom within the human form? Imagine having a lithe athletic body tackle you but instead of the density of a 130 lbs female, its the density of a freaking elephant. Imagine how fast a housefly flies, but instead its a human. This is true, however, When Vixen mimics the ability of any animal, picture that Animals base abilities multiplied by 100. This is how she's able to contend with Wonder Woman using the strength of say a rhino, gorilla, or elephant. Or completely tank attacks from a mind controlled superman himself. All of their abilities are amped to superhuman.

Depends on how you see it she can take the traits of animals, but remains physically the same while he completely completely changes into that animal

Beast boy cuz he can transform into the animal in a 100%, he can change his size, fly, float. Vixen is more of a Supernatural power (could be powerful but it's limited), while beast boy is more genetically enhanced, once DNA aqquired Gar can transform even in aliens savage animals. I think there's a limit of inteligence , I don't know if he can transform into super sentient beings.
