I was actually felt betrayed when Rafayel did this, I thought he betrayed us 😂 but then I remembered him saying on prev chapter " be the bait" And in the end he says " they really thought they can handle the fish I caught?" and I was like, this implified that Rafayel knows what he was doing and that he trust our skills to whatever going to happen next. But at the same time he got what he wanted from the enemy while helping the Mc 😂.

I know The bait is the MC, and in the last scene as rafayel said " DO YOU REALLY THINK THEY CAN HANDLE THE PREY I CAUGHT" is that supposed to mean rafayel joined the hunt to get the prey " which is MC (us) and just want to get along for the MC safety?? i heared theres another male characters in the next episode. Ok so clearly I was hurt that Raf was part of this. However I did agree to be used as bait. So I ain’t mad, maybe he will protect me from the shadows. N I’m thinking the “BIG Fish” Raf is talking about is Lumiere aka Xavier. The mysterious guy is Caleb because before the explosion he was act strange on the way to grandmas. Zayne is researching in the mountains. What he is researching? We don’t know. Can wait for the next season!!

I agree with you.. there something fishy in rafayel motives., but i do remember rafayel said after they defeat the deluge wrymlord. He said " hes a generous employer and he will cover for the MC (us) if matters. Maybe rafayel is also interested in the Aether core ahhhh my god. @@kieies9663 I don't agree with that. At his core Rafayel is a mischievous sea god. (I'm afraid I'll spoil if I say anything more than that) ... Both sides of his personality are as real as the other ... He's cute when he's comfortable with MC, as he is with Thomas and Talia. He's ruthless with people who have hurt his clan and would do anything to get revenge against them in the process. I don't think he's "acting cute". People can have more than one character traits ... Adds depth to them.

The devs said that the guy with Rafayel in this scene isn’t Caleb. HOWEVER they also said Caleb would return later in the story. There’s a lot of evidence and fan theories that point to him returning soon and potentially as the fourth love interest. But the developers won’t update main story chapters until July so if they do bring him back it will have to be through main story so they can re-establish his character. Just like how mc met all the boys through the main story chapters before unlocking them I think it’ll be the same for the next two love interests.

It was implied in Chapter 7 that MC and Rafayel agreed that MC will be the bait to get to whatever it is TvT (i forgot lol) it was even mentioned here that MC will be the bait and Rafayel is just helping her to get in (correct me if I'm wrong but that's what I understand so far, bc all the time Rafayel has been helping MC and even warning her how risky this plan was, but since MC wants to seek the answers to the questions she's looking for, Rafayel just decides to play along with it and just help her out) (Ps: watch again on Chapter 7 and this one) (And as for the Linkon City thing we might as well just wait for the next chapter to explain it TvT lol)
