I love this type of case breakdown. I find court cases fascinating, particularly the psychology of convincing the jury.

This was so interesting to watch! Thank you for putting out this long form content, I really enjoyed learning how this case went. It also helped me think of questions I would ask my lawyer. The info you share is truly appreciated.

I have been down there very stretch of road many times and I hate that intersection. It is so dangerous. People coming off of 85 and people coming from the gas station make that right, and there is an immediate left turn at that light that people take very frequently. I always drive carefully around there because I'm expecting to get cut off.

I enjoy this long form storytelling. The audio was a little low, so commercials were super loud.

Is there a point where a professional defense witness has used so much that they are no longer usable? At some point won’t every lawyer point out that the doctor is the defense’s guy?

From the moment you told me your client was already in motion when the defendant pulled out, I thought it was the defendant’s fault. The personal already in motion has the right of way, right?

The person going straight has the right of way. The person merging onto the road does not.

I have a question, does the defendant in this case pay out? or her insurance company, and if someone is broke and gets sued what happens? I see that she was a liar and overall not a great person, and agreed with the outcome. Also I am a fan of your content, saw youtube shorts and now im watching these videos!

You get LESS for a death Than you would get from injuries…😢 I know I did… I was also awarded court cost … then the other side took me back to court and argued about court cost because my lawyer did to much research and it cost to much …😡😡😡

Avascular necrosis, is very painful. If this condition is the result of a traffic collision which is not your fault $1 million is reasonable.

"I can tell you who she voted for." Isn't it crazy we identify Trumplicans by a set of behaviors so common and natural to them at this point that we don't even have to question it. They stand out like bad body odor.

I review medical charts as my job, and often the “indication” for the study/imaging can be just a suspected condition, or even a straight-up misdiagnosis. Additionally, the medical definition of “chronic” is anything longer than 3 months. I think if I took a nasty spill while hiking, my pain might also last a little longer than usual too, but to get scheduled for a meniscus repair in ~2 days after *allegedly* enduring this pain for 3 years would be crazyyyy. Also, if that x-ray didn’t identify any “soft tissue swelling/edema” or “joint effusion,” then it is also unlikely there was significant damage to any ligaments, tendons, or muscles at that point.
