Wverything in the interior needs to be changed.. the outside of the bungalow required quite a bit of touchup.. the terrace and deck areas need to be built out … the green areas require landscaping and pruning to make it look aesthetic … the outer sitting area also meeds to be redone … this place has a great potential if someone is ready to spend atleast 2cr on all of this … the price of 25 cr seems pricey for the place though … the surrounding areas seem to be stuck in time from back in 90s Versova which is prt of the charm of this place .. brings back a lot of memories for me
