Mr merchant I think you’re again calculating balconies in carpet, as per RERA balconies are in built up, so say balconies are 1000 sq ft, one has to deduct 50% of that so please deduct 500 sq ft from the carpet area & terrace if one has to calculate one can take 1/3 of area of terrace for the sake of calculation, it’s a good flat please give the right picture thanks

I am surprised why Bollywood stars have still not occupied such a Unique Flat...... ! even cricket star Virat Kohli invested in a 25 crore property in Mumbai but till date not received the possession and too so in a very much less spacious than this flat.
