Serena Hotels’ latest Adventure Diplomacy initiative involves an exhilarating experience: Pakistan’s first ever rafting expedition - along the entire length of the mighty Indus river.
We are pleased to partner up with Wajahat Malik - Managing Director at Eyebex Films and adventure travel filmmaker who will lead his team through the rapids of the Indus.
This expedition aims to study the ecosystem of the Indus and highlight the effects rapidly changing climate has on the inhabitants along the river.
Happening for the first time in the history of Pakistan, this voyage along the fierce Indus River will originate in Baltistan, contour around Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and then enter the plains of Punjab while finally culminating in Karachi in the Arabian Sea.
