For any Raga of Hindustani classical music it has become a standard practice to consider Pundit Bhimsen Joshi as the GOLD STANDARD. Some modern singers try to imitate him, but don't quite approach that elegance, which has come by decades of Saadhana amounting to rigorous practice of even 18 hours per day!
