A scholarly talk on the importance of Lyrics (sAhitya) in carnatic classical music and the need to understand the meaning while singing. Their advice to iconoclasts who want cheap popularity by issuing statements like "I can sing on a broom or rubbish; why should it be bhakthi based." and such egoistic comments. We hope "singers in lungi" listen to these wise words

Annacharya probably have covered all genres in sahitya. Hum..explaining the kruthis it's all not at all necessary..musicians do what they want to do.. all vidwans .. they are above all.. in treta yuga the age is not as said in kaliyuga..Rama lived for 10000 years..comparing that.. not Veda Shastra upanishads.. even sangeetha is useless
