Rage try using oNI killer he's kinda useful against uta v3 and kamusari rat cos he got multi hit and his skill 2 goes through Uta's pumpkin and he can cancel kamusari rats recovery block

P2w most of the times unless you save a crazy amount of gems as a F2P Tickets or tokens are often offered per summon when a new EX or BF comes out and you exchange them in the trade shop. But you need a big amount of gems to get enough tickets/tokens to get them Better off with 18%, just grind challenge battle 👍🏻
