When you're in Helltide. If you see an NPC kneeling in a red circle with a chat bubble above his head. If you talk to him? He'll either summon an elite or a treasure goblin. I don't know what the % chances are? But I personally see more treasure goblins than elites. Just another way to find more goblins.

Ive had a few drop uniques. No elite, nothing. The dude just explodes and drops items.

It also has a chance of dropping basically the same stuff as a 250 cinder mystery chest, so I always stop for them

I hit level 100 and started using my mats to farm Varshan. I got a Harlequin Crest on my 6th kill! Unbelievable! I've never gotten an Uber Unique in D4 before this. I think that may be all my luck for the entire season.

Duriel is, IMO, the easiest of the Tormented bosses, his mechanics are easy to predict and adjust for. Maybe try for him.

Loot goblins are not always showing on the map. I find random small piels of gold, 3-5 gold in each pile. I chase that and sometimes I’ll find a goblin running and or just finishing it’s teleport… like wtf

Stygian Stones are my bottleneck and a lot of people's bottleneck. The Pit isn't something i'm really into because it's just Greater Rifts from Diablo 3 and i've already done enough of those over the years lol.

I know people are going to say I made this up, and I promise I didn't.....I was saving up my Duriel material till I felt I was strong enough to quite easily solo it, so at approx a lvl 95 frozen orb sorc, I did my first Duriel run and I got a ‍Harlequin Crest. Must be the luckiest sob, so now I've got that I'm just pushing through the pit to masterwork my gear :)

It still doesnt explain me what to do in helltides as a main priority... aim to do the events for whispers? Look for elites to increase the threath lvl ? or go and wait arround the ritual to kill the maiden as often as possible? wich is a better way to do helltides?

First normal duriel run solo this season gave me the uber necklace. From now on i'll get nothing as i'm used to last season of construct 🤣

I have a favorites folder of where ive encountered treasure goblins in every region when i see one i go to that folder and check that area and go to every apot they seem to be pretty kuch within a dozen steps in any direction of where you saw then last time

I don't like the fact they force solo players to group up, usually with external apps. Should at least have a LFG feature then to auto match. Meaning without having to spend 4x the materials a group does to farm the bosses.

I got 4 Ubers within a 24 hour period from non tormented version and haven’t gotten a single Uber from a tormented version. Rng ftw is interesting… XD

Boss material suck I would rather it work like a nightmare dungeon than to have to collect one every couple of minutes and need multiple rare drop materials for the specific boss I need, especially when you have to fight them multiple times to get what you need, just to get a crap drop and then have to do it all over again

Ive gotten my Dust Devil Barb into pit 85 runs (my highest so far that I can farm with consistency) and even there I'm rarely getting stygian stones :(

I've gotten 3 Ubers from 7 clears of tormented duriel so far. Haven't gotten your minion build working well enough for andariel or Lilith. Duriel dies easy though.

the boss sumon mats for varshan is just STUPID, why do we even need 4 things, we should just need the heart since it was the theme for varshan in the first season, they should just make the requirment for varshan just the heart and get rid of the other 3 mats for him.

Pro tip. If you are bored and need your last spark. Just make a new character and strictly farm helltide in WT2 and level up the iron wolf reward system. You get the same iron worlf xp in wt2 that you get in wt4. If you really try you can max it out in like 10 hours or so. Gives you a ton of mats and a new spark everytime you complete it
