Ragi Dhokla
Ingredients :
Take a Bowl and add
1 Cup - Ragi Flour
1 Cup - Sooji
1/2 Cup - Curd
1+1/2 Cup - Water
Mix Properly
Salt to taste
Mix Properly and Give Rest for 15-20 min
Take a Steamer and Heat Properly
In above batter add
1 Packet - Blue Eno
1/2 no Or 1/2 tsp - Lemon Juice
Mix Properly
1 tbsp - Ginger Chilli Paste
Again Mix and
Make a Two Dhokla Thali , Sprinkle Red Chilli Powder and Steam till done or 10-15 min
Moringa Chuntey
2 Cup - Moringa Leaves ( Drumstick Tree Leaves )
1+1/2 Cup - Coriander Leaves Chopped
3-4 no - Green Chillies
1 inch - Ginger
1/2 Cup - Fresh Coconut Chopped
1+1/2 no - Lemon Juice
Salt to taste
Grind and Make Chutney
After 15 Min , Check the Steamer and keep 2-3 Min
Chuntey Tadka
Take a Tadka Pan and add
2 tsp - Oil
1 tsp - Mustard Seeds
1/4 tsp - Asafoetida (Hing)
1 tsp - Urad Dal
6-7 no - Curry Leaves
Mix and this tadka add above the Chutney
Mix Little and Serve
Dhokla Tadka
Take a Tadka Pan add
2 tsp - Oil
1 tsp - Mustard Seeds
1/4 tsp - Asafoetida (Hing)
1 tsp - Sesame Seeds
2-3 no - Green Chillies Chopped
8-10 no - Curry Leaves
Mix and Drizzle this tadka over the dhokla
and Serve
