I have not used oil nga. After idli is ready. Keep the idli plate outside for 5 min and take off the idli’s . It will come easily ✅😊👍

If we mix the fermented batter bubbles will go off and it will become thick batter with no bubbles.

If you stir the fermented batter, getting spongy idli is difficult, as the air bubbles formed through fermentation inside the bubbles get vanished as you keep stirring it 😊
