Ragi (finger millet ) - 1/4 cup ( or 60 gms )
water - 1 cup ( or 250 ml )
banana - 1 tbsp ( mashed.. for sweetness )

Hi Akshitha:), cook Ragi with raisins to help with constipation. Also, give 1-2 tbsp of yogurt and 20-30ml water 1-2 times a day. Hope this helps 🥰

@@akshithareddy30 You can do 2 ways.. 1) cook a tsp of raisin directly with the ragi. Mash the raisins when hot as soon as you turn off the heat.. let cool & feed 2) soak the raisins for 10 minutes in hot water. Drain the water & mash the raisins. mix with cooked ragi & feed. hope this helps :)
