I asked my father abt raagi santhavam... he told that aariyam to be soaked in water..then it s lightly crushed so that the husk ll be removed...then using muslin like cloth it s filtered...so that husk ll stay and we ll get fine white powder... using that santhavam ll be prepared...the bitter thing is 1 vallam aariyam edutha tha oru padi maavu kedaikumaam!
