A truly beautiful and remarkable friendship between two people who were totally different from a cultural pow, growing up, but still made bridge and understood each other and gave the best part of themselves to each other. I teared up in this scene. Athelstan was my favorite character. He represented our inner conflicts in life, our struggles and temptations. He went through a lot and his relationship with Ragnar was honest unlike with the others. Ragnar was only reasonable of Vikings who respected others beliefs. RIP Athelstan.
