No one answered on my comment on your last video :( but Im new to Ragnarok its the type of game I could be totally inlove with having played secret of solstice as a kid, Im finding origin very confusing to play because most of the videos I can find explaining the mechanics/features either talk too fast or arent in good English, which is more beginner friendly, Ragnarok Origin or Ragnarok V Returns?

I think both games offer tutorials for beginners in the form of quests. I'm not sure which one is beginner-friendly since both games are good. However if you are looking for a game that is much closer to the Classic Ragnarok online, then go for Ragnarok Origin.
