what I love is that these poor broken animals come to you very frightened and withdrawn but about halfway through their treatments they know they are in a loving safe and caring environment and are happy even though they still have a ways to go.

I've been watching her weekly improvements, and she quite reminds me of our Shihtzu Quincy, who was in almost as bad shape when we rescued him from an evil groomer. Yes, I said groomer. Her reaction when we asked how she could have an animal in such bad condition, was "it's free, what did you expect? " Our regular vet opened on a Sunday to help. Quincy was a wonderful addition to our family.

Oh my goodness! Poor baby. At times I say I hate people but that's not entirely true because there are people like you guys and the gentleman that rescued this dog! I guess I have become a little bit calloused because I did volunteer at an SPCA in Maryland for 9 years and I do know that there are good people out there.

Love these recaps of the weekly cases! It gives a great perspective on how far they’ve come that can be lost in the weekly videos. The dogs seem to spend a lot of time cruising around with the staff. I’d love hear more about this… is it a deliberate part of their physical and social rehab? The animals seem to come thru your practice healed on every level. Please talk more about your methods/magic.

OMG Lolly stole my heart right away. She looked so much like the family dog I grew up with. The canine sister I picked out when I was 5. So glad you guys fixed her up and found her the perfect home. These stories of cases from intake to adoption are great. Here's a suggestion which you can feel free to ignore. This is what, the second one? The first one being the story of the little piggy? If you could make these videos stand out from the others by titling them something like "Lolli's Story: From Rags To Riches" and/or putting them all in their own playlist, that would make them easier to find. In any case, thanks for all you do!

I have 7 small dogs that get red skin like that... It's too much yeast on their skin for mine. I use dandruff shampoo and then a spritz every couple of days of green tea and lavender mixed....
