Definitely make sure to put stuff inside and lock the doors if sharing is caring wins (Especially the water/power stuff). Also, I think you should be able to sell stuff. I think it would be cool if eventually they own an antique store where they sell the dumpster deals. Love you videos, as always! ❤️

When you get more water stored up you can use all showers. Make sure you add water to the refrigerator to keep food cool.

Repair flip and sell them all please. I would rather watch your sims use a fabricator and wood work bench to craft furniture. Would rather see it handmade or bought to match the house theme rather than covered in dirt and completely chaotic mismatched. Ps. Here are some things that might help: -there are small trash piles on the ground you can pick up and use. - when you put something in dumpster, you can dive again for picking something else. Empty foot plates, items, veggies or even trash piles count into filling dumpsters. - don’t let others dumpster dive around you please. That’s practically theft in this game style - you need a computer to accept maker gigs for your girl - upgrade all utilities you can with eco parts. That helps great on an of the grid lot -investment in Beth usually doesn’t pay back - if you get the Tablet from eco package and design inventions with it, eventually you will get the smog vacuum. Which will let you restore dumpster furniture to brand new - think about getting a Sales stand so you can overprice your crafts and produce of any kind - consider the gardening NAPs so you get influence points for simply keeping a garden - I would say keep the art NAPs since it boosts your girls crafts - consider upcycling NAPs for the same boosts On a personal note, I really think the sharing is caring gonna backfire. Because they can steal any outdoor item. You might want to consider advocating against it when you put together a house. You can get maps remover as well. Consider investing in a soy wax garden so you can run a candle Atelier from home

Definitely sell things and get what you want to make it a home for them. I have made lots of money and was able to work on my home every 3-5 days. I still have things to work on, but am pretty much done with the interior. Now it is just the exterior. :)
