Good evening. Namaskaaram. Bringing the locomotive experience of Tiruppavai, in distinctly clear style. She embarks on a perceptible acceleration. In the initial prologue to her epic poem , she outlines the absolute requisites for this essay into the Absolute. After the preliminaries, she meticulously sings adoratory verses to the Alwars , the minstrels who share an intimate relationship of the Highest nature - accepted unconditionally by the Absolute!! Now in the sixteenth verse her odyssey without delay goes into the orbit required. This pattern is gently explained, so as to be understood by each of us. The clear emphasis on opening of the Manas is very good 👌👌👌Drawing parallels of the Pasurams 6 to 15 as akin to going above the ten indriyas- perception and cognition is very fine . Now making explicit how the Manas is opened , the story of Nandagopan and his graham is explained just superbly . Taking out the knots of words such as kovil is outstanding!!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻The all important Mystic triad as the key to open the manas reaches an all time acme . The perfection in expression and teaching is great . 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻Personally I would definitely store all the 3 slides of the Rahasya trayam in the indelible pages of my soul! Well yes , that’s how slowly and with absolute clarity it has been explained. I really feel I would leave the authority of explanation to you , preferring to be a humble student wanting to come back again and again to assimilate the lesson. Guru Bhakti told so effectively with Uthkoshala Vidya- my from where do you cull these supernal clues ? The story of Garuda sevai at Kanchi and Dodacharyar is touching. Mrs Jayashree’s loving voice expressing at every turn to keep us focused on what’s being said is so so inspiring …. Principle of Purity she got it explained!!! 👌Turning focus on how are we ordinary souls ever going to get anywhere close to His lotus feet, the conversation seems casually going to please don’t change Perumal- the place where He dwells vis a vis non fulfillment of prayers . Then the story of the hapless Princess in Andhra, who Perumal deigns to be the celestial matchmaker, Thayar’s anxiety, Garuda’s predicament were all very lively, but I didn’t get the message. I’ll certainly do it again and sure I’m going to understand. Mrs Jayashree finally summing up saying Saranagati, and keeping the mind focused on the Lotus feet without falling prey to the dangling thoughts and tendencies is just perfect. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻Definitely I want to go through this all important Pasuram minimum of three times. Here both of you have handled the lessons.👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻The connotations must be deep .. So will.., This Pasuram where Andal has elucidated mystical wisdom should ever ring in our hearts.,. The rahasya thrayam of the lord. May the heart become innocent enough, with the mind elevated, and together with a pristine pure physique and thoughts .. Let the soul know the romance of this finite existence with the unending vastness of the Param Porul…, Placing my words as a humble few dalams at the lotus feet of Thayar and Perumal. Allow me to thank both of you sincerely… It’s tuition of the Highest level.., Mrs Jayashree triple thanks to you- Pradadam, lesson 1 repeat the Pasuram twice , 3 Telling us the essence in the end …. I have a doubt...does only ghee and milk, non-veg are not allowed to consume right..? Is there any other restrictions or rules for the food to eat during paavai nombu ?. .. Especially garlic/onion ....?

Ghee and milk is max and needless to say about others. Food is generally referred to saathvik food. Energy produced by the food that is consumed is much greater than the energy used to digest the food. This is just my opinion. Thanks
