I’m from Delhi and I prefer Lucknow’s mild spicy style. Lucknow nihari is so perfect for me. In Delhi people are getting crazy with spices. However Delhi’s Nihari is great too.

@@nitishsaxena1372 I have had Pakistani food in Europe and America. Karachi nihari was prepared by Indian Muslims from Delhi who migrated to Pakistan after partition. It can never match the real nihari (from Delhi and Lucknow), still being prepared at places and people who never moved and been there since the invention of nihari.
